Ad Hoc Reports
GTS includes the ability to produce a number of ad hoc reports. These reports can be used as a quality control measure, allowing you to review the information being entered for accuracy and completeness.
To generate a report, begin by using the Select Report dropdown to choose the report. Criteria for the individual reports is detailed below.
Cases Filed Report
The Cases Filed Report lists all cases filed in your county, based on one or all case statuses, within an open-ended filed date range. This report is often used to generate a list of cases recorded in the GTS so it can be compared with those available in your county's case management system. Different output options are also available depending on how the report is used.

Use the Filed Date fields to filter the list of cases that display on the report based on the date of filing. If a Filed Start Date is entered, the Filed End Date is required. |

Click on the Status dropdown and choose an option to filter your report results to a specific case status. Leave this field blank to include cases in all statuses. |

Click on the Output As dropdown and choose the format in which the report will be generated:

Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report. Tip: If you selected Microsoft Excel or CSV (Comma Separated Value) as the output type, you will be prompted to open or save the document before it is available to view. |
Cases Pending Adjudication Report
The Cases Pending Adjudication report lists all cases where a petition for adjudication has been filed but a subsequent final decree has not been recorded. The report can be run without any additional criteria.

(Optional) Select a Search Helper. A search helper will add pre-determined criteria to the report. For example, the Emergency Petitions Without a Final Decree will limit the results on the report to only emergency petitions. |

(Optional) Select a Judicial Authority to limit the results of the report to one particular judge. |

Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report. |
GTS Guardians Without Active Portal Account
The GTS Guardians Without Active Portal Account report lists all guardians that have been appointed to a case under either domain that have not yet created their UJS Web Portal account or have not associated their guardian role to their account. This report can be useful to follow up with guardians that may have reports due or upcoming and check on their status with regards to using the GTS. The report can be limited to only those guardians that currently have overdue reports.

(Optional) Select the Guardians with overdue reports only checkbox to filter the report to only display guardians with overdue reports. If not selected, the report displays all guardians that have been appointed and have not created a Web Portal account or associated their access code. |

Guardian Case Load Summary Report
The Guardian Case Load Summary Report lists all cases for guardians within a specified date range. For each case for a guardian, the report lists the case state (open or closed), the incapacitated person, the guardian's domain for that incapacitated person, the guardianship type (plenary or limited), the duration (standard or emergency), and appointed date. If the guardian has been relieved on any of their cases, the relieved reason and termination date are also displayed. If a judge-ordered participant alert has been recorded in GTS, an icon is displayed to the left of the guardian's name. The report includes the option to view the case load for specific guardians, if needed.

For the Appointment Date fields, enter the date range which corresponds to the dates the guardians were appointed to cases that you want to view on the report. |

For the Search In, select whether you want to see the cases for guardians that are only in your 'County' or 'Statewide'. If you will be searching for specific guardians, the selection of this criteria has no bearing and it does not matter which selection is made. |

(Optional) Select a Case State to limit which cases are displayed on the report, either Open or Closed. For example, if you are appointing guardians and want to see the current case load of one or more guardians, you may want to limit the report to Open cases. If you are researching guardians that may have a history of issues, you most likely want to see all case states and would leave this option blank. |

(Optional) Select a Domain to limit which domain is displayed on the report, either Person or Estate. |

(Optional) Specify a Guardian Type to limit which type is displayed on the report, either Limited or Plenary. |

Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report. |
Guardian Reports - Current Status
The Guardian Reports - Current Status report lists all reports in a particular status. The status of the report is required criteria, but you can choose to run the report for all reports or one particular report.

For the Report Type, select a specific guardian report to display on the report. Optionally, select All from the dropdown to view all guardian report types on the report. |

For the Current Status, select the status of the guardian report to display on the report. |

Guardian Reports Ready for Review
The Guardian Reports Ready for Review report displays all accepted reports in a Ready for Review status for one or more of the judicial authorities in your county. Each report displays the case number, name of the incapacitated person, the report type, filer, adjudication authority, and the date the report was accepted by the court. The guardianship reports that display are sorted by judicial assignment, which is the judge designated as the Judicial Authority on each GTS case. The adjudication authority column, by contrast, displays the name of the judge that ordered the adjudication of incapacity on the corresponding case.
To generate this report for all judicial assignments in the county:

To generate this report for one or multiple (but not all) judicial assignments in the county:

Select a judicial authority from the Judicial Assignments dropdown. |

Repeat these steps as needed until all judicial authorities you need to view on the report are displayed in the grid. |

Guardian With Missing Identifiers
This report lists guardians that are active on at least one guardianship case in your county, either independently or as part of an agency, that are missing at least one of the following identifiers in their GTS Profile:

Date of Birth (DOB)

Social Security Number (SSN)

Driver’s License (DL) Number
No specific criteria are required to generate this report, but options are available to limit your results (i.e., guardian name or professional guardians only). Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report.
Outstanding Final Accounting Report
The Outstanding Final Accounting Report displays any case in which a case action of Order of Court - Accounting Ordered has been recorded but a subsequent case action of Final Accounts Filed is still outstanding.
There is no additional criteria for this report. Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report.
Participant Contact Updates Report
The Participant Contact Update Report displays changes to the name, address, phone number, or e-mail address of any participant on an active case in a specified date range. The report also lists all cases on which the participant has a role for easy cross-reference.

For the From Date, enter the beginning date of the range of transactions you need to view on the report. |

Payment Report
The Payment Report displays all transactions that have taken place through GTS for filings in a specified date range. The report indicates the date of the payment, the payor name and address, the case file number on which the payment was made, the incapacitated person, the item (filing) that was paid, and the confirmation and tracking numbers for the transactions. This is a useful audit report and running it on a regular basis is recommended.

Training and Certification Report
The Training And Certification Report displays the trainings and certifications that have been recorded as part of the participant records of guardians. The report includes the option to view the trainings and certifications for specific guardians, if needed. This information may be useful when appointing guardians to cases.
To select criteria for the report:

For the Search In, select whether you want to see the training and certifications for guardians that are only active in your County or Statewide. If you will be searching for specific guardians, the selection of this criteria has no bearing and it does not matter which selection is made. |

For the Type, indicate whether you wish to view only Training or Certification for the guardians on the report. To view both on the same report, select 'All' if not already selected. |

(Optional) Specify individual guardians to display on the report by clicking the Search for Guardian icon |

Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report. |
Unprotected Assets Report
The Unprotected Assets Report displays active cases in which a bond has been ordered but the bond has expired.
There is no additional criteria for this report. Click the SUBMIT button to generate the report.
Uncertified Professional Guardians Report
The Uncertified Professional Guardians Report lists all cases for each uncertified professional guardian, or organization employing uncertified agency personnel, where they maintain an active guardianship appointment. In the context of this report, “uncertified” means the absence of a current certification for a guardian based on the information recorded through the My GTS Profile option on their Dashboard. Results for organizations, which do not list the names of the agency personnel, display cases where the organization is identified as the active guardian and employs at least one uncertified principal or responsible agent with the right to submit reports on behalf of that organization.

Select the County or Statewide radio button to define, by case, the uncertified guardians and organizations that will appear on the report. The County option limits results to your county only. |

(Optional) By default, the report will generate for all applicable person and organization records. To limit the report to person or organization records only, click on the Search By dropdown and select the appropriate option. |

Cases without Incapacitated Person Address
The Cases without Incapacitated Person Address report lists IPs that, based on their participant record, have either been identified as unhoused (experiencing homelessness) or that their address was unknown at the time their case was created.

(Optional) Select a Judicial Authority to limit the results of the report to cases associated to one particular judge. |

(Optional) By default, the report will generate for all applicable IPs. To limit the report to IPs that are unhoused or have an unknown address, click on the Incapacitated Person is Unhoused or Incapacitated Person's Address is Unknown checkbox. |
